The Leadership Game is a facilitated, interactive experience designed to surface how people think, decide, communicate, and lead—especially under pressure. Unlike traditional training or workshops, the Leadership Game creates an environment where leadership is experienced, not explained.

As a certified Leadership Game facilitator through John Maxwell Leadership, I guide individuals and teams through a powerful process that leads to insight, reflection, and meaningful dialogue.

The Leadership Game is:
